I’m swapping all my junk food for healthy food. Here are some ideas for between meal snacks

 


Smoothies – Fruit doesn’t have to be boring. Stick your favorite fruit in a blender and add ice. It tastes Yummy

 

Carrot sticks – Carrots are a good source of fiber. Buy ready chopped sticks from the groceries or Chop up a carrot yourself, 

 

Nuts – Nuts are a healthier option for those who need an energy boost. Remember the unsalted ones and only a handful.

 

Unsalted popcorn – Low in fat and high in fiber. Tastes great too.
